2. Subscription and Billing
Tayyibun Online operates on a monthly subscription basis. When you sign up, you acknowledge that your subscription is for a 12-month period. You are committed to this subscription for the entire duration, and cancellations are generally not allowed.
3. Cancellation Policy
For digital content, including online courses, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 state that the right to cancel does not apply once the performance of the services has begun
By subscribing to Tayyibun Online, users explicitly acknowledge and agree that the subscription will commence immediately upon confirmation of subscription payment. This express consent means that users waive their right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the performance of the services has begun with their acknowledgment that they will lose this right.
Cancellation is only considered under rare circumstances. If you find yourself in such a situation, please email us at hello@tayyibun.online to explain your circumstances. However, cancellation will only be approved if you have not watched or added any courses to your account. We will verify this information, and if any courses have been accessed or added, no refund will be provided. Cancellation charges will apply, and we will request an admin charge of £20 for any cancellations that are granted.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with others.
5. Content Usage
All content provided on Tayyibun Online is for personal use and educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or any other use of the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. Modifications to Service
Tayyibun Online reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
